Community Mediation
Community Mediation is for neighbour disputes, whether your neighbours are noisy, parking in ‘your spot’ have a barking dog……..whatever the issue it can normally be solved quickly and efficiently through mediation.

The Process

Each party has an in initial confidential interview with the mediator |

The mediator will write to each party advising of a date and time for the mediation |
|
The mediation session will take place |
|
When an agreement is achieved the mediator will draw up a mediation agreement for all parties to sign |
|
The mediator will follow up with a phone call to each party within 28 days |
